At My Lil Cuties Closet, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
- You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- Final Sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are not eligible for exchange.
How to Exchange

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
- Once we approve your exchange request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.
- If the item is defective or we made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item within 5-7 business days.
